What we do in this session:
You will meet your trainer to perform your House of Health training program that has been specifically designed for you both following your consultation either once, twice or three times a week (amount of times training at House of House is your decision) In addition we will be asking you both to put in a further two to three half hour workouts at home or in the gym every week. You both will be given new programmes to follow every 6 week via the House of Health client app.
We pay extremely close attention to everything that you both do when exercising with us, always monitoring your form, your fitness and your progress.

Please wear gym clothing, trainers and bring a water bottle (towel provided) and 100% commitment to the journey!
