What we do in this session:
Our small group training sessions are a tightly run training session for maximum of 3 people, enabling all members of the group to get the maximum results! You will meet your trainer to perform your House of Health training program that has been specifically designed for your group following your consultations either once, twice or three times a week (amount of times training at House of House is your decision) In addition we will be asking you all to put in a further two to three half hour workouts at home or in the gym every week. You all will be given new programmes to follow every 6 week via the House of Health client app.
We pay extremely close attention to everything that you all do when exercising with us, always monitoring everyones form, fitness and progress.

Please wear gym clothing, trainers and bring a water bottle (towel provided) and 100% commitment to the journey!
